Tussentijds Instromen Je kunt op elk moment instromen als er een plek in het rooster is.
Betaling We kunnen een betalingsregeling treffen die aansluit bij jouw voorkeuren.
Afwezigheid Docent Als ik ziek ben of verhinderd, probeer ik de gemiste les binnen de cursusperiode in te halen op een tijdstip dat voor jou uitkomt. Als dit niet mogelijk is, krijg je aan het einde van de cursusperiode een restitutie voor de gemiste lessen. Je hoeft deze restitutie niet aan te vragen; het wordt automatisch verwerkt.
Afwezigheid Leerling Als je een les niet kunt bijwonen, probeer dan een ruil te regelen met een andere leerling (met hun toestemming kan ik contactinformatie delen). Je kunt de les ook inhalen als er een beschikbare plek in mijn rooster is (ik stuur je dan een berichtje). Frequent annuleren maakt het echter moeilijk om inhaallessen aan te bieden. Daarom kun je een gemiste les inhalen als je me dit minstens 24 uur van tevoren laat weten, met een maximum van twee inhaallessen per schooljaar. Merk op dat je in principe geen recht hebt op restitutie voor gemiste lessen.
Annuleringsbeleid Je kunt een jaarabonnement op elk moment opzeggen met een opzegtermijn van 4 weken. Het teveel betaald bedrag wordt dan verrekend.
Lessenkaart Een lessenkaart is alleen geldig binnen het cursusjaar van aanschaf. Niet gebruikte lessen vervallen aan het einde van het cursusjaar.

Instructor Absence If I’m sick or unavailable, I’ll try to reschedule the missed lesson within the course period at a time that works for you. If rescheduling isn’t possible, you’ll receive a refund for the missed lessons at the end of the course period. You don’t need to request this refund; it will be processed automatically.
Student Absence If you can’t make it to a lesson, try to arrange a swap with another student (with their permission, I can share contact information). You can also make up the lesson if there’s an available slot in my schedule (I’ll notify you via text). However, frequent cancellations make it difficult to offer make-up lessons. Therefore, you can reschedule a missed lesson if you notify me at least 24 hours in advance, with a maximum of two rescheduled lessons per school year. Note that you cannot claim a refund for missed lessons as a general rule.
Cancellation Policy You can cancel a yearly subscription at any time with a notice period of 4 weeks. Any overpaid amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Lesson Card A lesson card is valid only within the academic year of purchase. Unused lessons will expire at the end of the course year.
